JUJUME’s jujubes are “Li” jujubes grown in the sunny Southern Mojave Desert, California. Li is considered one of the best jujube cultivars in the world due to its higher nutritional/antioxidant levels, and large size. They have a beautiful maroon hue, a satisfyingly chewy texture and a naturally sweet taste. Carefully dried to optimize retention of vitamins, antioxidants and phenolic compounds.
